  1. I recently was attacked by a virus and had to reload my OS and all software. I lost all of my files as a result but was able to recover them with Disk Digger software once I started over. I cant however, open them! The error message is "no text converter". I tried downloading Stellar Pheonix and ran a repair of the .ppt files but the message for each file i tried to open is "no valid data". Can anyone suggest other options?
